It's easy to say fried fish but it takes see you later to make it suitable! Eataly Rome dedicates four days to Fried Fish and Cod: from 9 to 12 September you may enjoy inside the rectangular - in the front of Rome save - cartons, fries, paranza, anchovies, squid, shrimps and the inevitable cod, with many protagonists of 'exception! This year too, an awful lot first-rate collaboration will make contributions to creating the occasion special: the Pro Loco of Fiumicino, organizer of the Fiumicino Fish Festival for over 50 versions; "Roma Baccalà", the occasion now in its second version, which, already within the first, hosted 20 conferences with establishments, cooks, historians, anthropologists and reporters, over 60 personalities of reference within the sector of the tradition of cod and stockfish and at some stage in the which over forty recipes have been organized for over 30 hours of pairing presentations and culinary inspirations and all meals and wine partners who will offer a wealthy and attractive menu! The occasion now in its second version, which, already within the first, hosted 20 conferences with establishments, cooks, historians, anthropologists and reporters, over 60 personalities.
