The Cruickshank Botanic Garden is located in Old Aberdeen, and is an association between the University and the Cruickshank Charitable Trust. It is situated on the King's College campus of the University of Aberdeen. The Garden exists to advance an enthusiasm for the magnificence, variety and significance of plants, and a comprehension of their part in the regular world. It has bush outskirts, a stone and water garden, depressed nursery, rose garden, herbaceous fringe and an arboretum, and houses a broadly significant assortment of more than 2500 named plants.
