The Emerald Necklace Conservancy is a non-benefit resident's support bunch whose mission is to ensure, restore, keep up and advance the landscape, waterways and parkways of the Emerald Necklace park system as special places for individuals to visit and appreciate. The association focuses on the six parks designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. Boston's Back Bay area is considered one of the additional beguiling areas of the historic city. It's also one of the more prosperous. Back Bay is home to upscale retail locations on Newbury Street and 1800s and mid 1900s Victorian period mansions. Copley Square, Trinity Church, and the Boston Public Library throughout the fall inside Back Bay's borders, making it both current in its shopping and feasting and interesting in its buildings and rich history.
